WAŻNE:

The subject of the auction is sold by TESCO Stores SR a.s. based in Bratislava (Slovakia). The purchase transaction will be carried out as part of the intra-community acquiring of goods procedure.

The buyer is obliged to pay the full price of the vehicle including VAT converted into EURO to the account of TESCO Stores SR a.s. The cost of the bank transfer is covered by the buyer.

TESCO Stores SR a.s. will issue a VAT invoice for the net price of the vehicle after obtaining the funds.

The Buyer is obliged to provide TESCO with the completed and signed CMR documents or a relevant declaration (in the case of own transport) after the subject of the auction has been delivered to the territory of Poland, but not later than within 14 days from the date of collection of the vehicle.

After obtaining the CMR document or the declaration compliant with legal requirements, TESCO will return the value of VAT to the buyer.

If the CMR document or the declaration are not submitted on time or the submitted CMR document or declaration are inconsistent with the provisions of the law, TESCO will retain the VAT amount and issue an invoice with full VAT charge.

Winning the auction is not equal to purchase of item, the final offer adjudication belongs to the owner of the item at the end of the auction.
